My parcel was delivered nearly 2 weeks late, after the contents had gone out of date. I tried having it redelivered by booking a specific day on their website on the same day as their apparent original delivery attempt. They made false claims about contacting me and claimed to have tried redelivery on dates which I did not specify.
They also refused to let me check the contents before accepting delivery, even though their customer support staff said this would not be a problem.
Avoid these people at all cost...
