I have been tracking my parcel all day , the tracking online service showed the driver was just a few streets away, my parcel was going to be delivered between 16:30 - 17:30 time came & passed no delivery, I checked online & it stated the driver had attempted delivery, I have been in all day ...not once did anyone ring my door bell.
I would rather they say sorry we ran out of time to to deliver your parcel, not a complete lie that a delivery was attempted.
Based on the other reviews here, things could get worse.
