Wow seems this is the way parcel force works really. Sending cooked food to my husband and they say online that driver came and he didn’t drop any card or any information. My husband was outside waited for driver to come while he tracked item no driver was seen but online it says driver came and no one was at home you collected 28 pounds for a next day delivery and the service wasn’t delivered. It’s time to look into your company with so much lies from your workers. Too bad most terrible company I have worked with in my life
