48 hour service took them 5 days. They have been asked to come in the afthernoon, because there won't be anyone at home. Dispite the fact that they've agreed, the driver came at 11:30am. That is afthernoon for them and that is the 48 hour service. That is how a company legally robs you and they get away with it.
Worst experience ever. The best thing to do is to never use them again and let them be bankrobed.
