Sent parcel on 5 th may obviously lost called confirmed lost reffered to website put claim in ten days ago pakckage insured to 150 still no refund had to refund ebayer out of pocket 50 pounds and hours spent on hold or emails
Terrible company when things go wrong
Always used but wont ever again
Not trust worthy and slow to sort issues infact still not sorted
