They didn't even try to deliver the parcel. 4 times they "attempted to deliver" in a time span of 2 weeks, 4 times no one rang in the intercom, no cards left, nothing.
After the first failed attempt, they stop sending you updates. You have to monitor their webpage. Pretty sure sending an email is not too expensive...
The only reason why I stayed at home those days was to get the parcel, and I'm still wondering if the parcel even left the depot
After 2 weeks I had to go and pick it up myself
