Paid for Global Priority shipping via Parcelmonkey. Contacted parcelforce for help due to no tracking updates for 7 days. Refused to offer and help or support as I purchased via Parcelmonkey, despite the fact that I am both the sender and receiver of the Parcel. Another example of how big companies couldn’t care less about individual customers. We and our poor reviews are worthless to them on an individual basis and not worth the effort of ever properly addressing. Another British company given up on its customers and values
