Absolute worst company ever. Do not use these idiots.
Had an urgent parcel sent by express 24 hour delivery and 3 days later still nothing. No movement on tracking and told I can’t collect from my local depot.
Absolute load of tripe. Not the first time I’ve had problems with them.
My Hermes got a lot of hate but parcelforce are a million times worse!
Absolutely diabolical.
