received text message from the Parcelforce on Friday telling me that my parcel would be delivered to me on Monday. I waited the whole day and nothing came in. the same happened on Tuesday and Wednesday. Finally, called their customer service,they put me on hold and after about 20 min I gave up waiting. .
Avoid like a plague!!!
