Update of earlier review. Called Parcelforce depot this morning. Asked why driver could not find my address because street is short with few houses and numbering is straightforward. Lady who answered replied that parcel was returned to depot because driver did not have time to complete all of his deliveries. So as I thought the notes on the tracking record about tried to deliver, could not locate address, and left card were all lies. Offered delivery in 4 days time, which will be too late, or I could make a 50 mile return journey to their depot to collect it. They clearly could not care less about customer service.
