I received a text confining my parcel will be delivered the following day, therefore I organised to stay at home to receive the parcel. At 12h30 the following day I became concerned that I did not receive any further correspondence so I tracked my item only to learn it has not been dispatched for delivery. I called customer services and wast told there was an issuerror in Coventry and the parcel will now only be delivered the following day. I called customer services and they would not even offer me compensation for wasting my time. I work in the service industry and we offer compensation if we miss appointments. Parcelforce confirmed delivery on a specific date but did not bother letting me know, when they experienced complications, that they will not be able to deliver. Their customer service are pathetic and I would advise anyone thinking of using them to think again, you will dissapoint your customers and loose their business in exactly the same way I will not be buying from the company I bought from again. Also, I will not use Parcelforce ever to ship my product since their customer care policy is non existent.
