Honestly do not get how this company still exists. Not fit for purpose!! Why do businesses use it? I've NEVER had an easy experience with them, to the point I dread seeing that an item I've ordered has been sent via Parcelfarce.
Just wasted another 4 hours of my life waiting in and ringing that ridiculous " helpline" .
