Poor level of customer service. Due to an incorrect post code my parcel was not delivered (fair enough) however the rest of the details were correct it parcel force were more concerned over the post code!!
Dispite me finding the correct post code the femal member of staff refused to listen and hung up on me. This was for a car part that I had collected and was to be sent to my garage. Every other part arrived fine so leads to my question why do parcel force find it so hard????
