After an extremely bad experience with Heremes, I decided to change for extra £1.00. I saved myself hours chatting with Customers Services from Asia, absolutely clueless & frustrating of where my parcel is, eventually after a month of exchanging Emails/Phone calls Arrgh !! they paid for the missing Parcel.
