Sent the item to themselves, so it took a WEEK to receive item that was post with next day before 12 oclock delivery. When it finally arrived it was broken, and complaint was closed before me knowing, and status is repaid (19 pounds for 200 pound insured item), where NO MONEY has been paid back, and 19 pounds is an insult. It take extra kind of stupid to send item to their own despatch depot (exeter) too.... Stay away from these clowns... ...
