Well what can I say parcelforce first day never came 2nd day said he collected hmm ok so I inform them with pictures boxes still sat here. I rebooked with Royal Mail who were amazing. Parcel force next day delivered 3 bags not by boxes to the address , 3 bags of empty coffee pods and they printed their own label lol refuse to refund has driver delivered 🙈🙈 they are a joke
