Whilst my parcel was delivered on the day originally arranged, this was after receiving a text message (confirmed by info on their tracking website) that informed me it would be delivered on the Saturday. The parcel never arrived and I was told that it was not going to be delivered (having waited in all day). When asked for compensation - was refused. When asked for a response from the Managing director - was told he was too busy to deal with customers. The service regarding this complaint was disgraceful.
