I'll not be using Parcelforce again most unhelpful company. A parcel was delivered to the house but no one was here to receive it has most people have jobs! to go to. The time estimated was between 7am to 6pm. When I tried going online to re-arrange an option for a Saturday delivery I was unable to.
These drivers are clueless if there isn't anyone at the house for god sake leave it with the neighbors who can sign for it.
For this reason I will not be using them again. No wonder the company is such a mess.
