If I could give a zero rating I would.
It appears Parcelforce are not able to follow simple instructions, when I opted to have my parcel delivered to a local post office, this was ignored. So they still attempted delivery to home address and posted a card through the door to state they will attempt re delivery the next day! That too will be no good as I’ll be at work!
