Slow service, delayed at depots and now using extortion tactics regarding "customs fees" for their shareholders and the government. No way should a piece of metal and a helmet be cleared at customs yet be held to ransom for "Value" added tax and other fees, how is anyone adding value to something they haven't touched or worked on.
People need to stop letting this BS continue.
