Sent some crucial medicine to my son and was told would get delivered the next day but they've taken (Shanon) it to the post office. He's at work and the post office closes at 5 pm.
Customer service is in a shambles and will re-deliver in the next 3 to 5 working days, by that time the epi-pen and other medicine have gone off.
Avoid Parcelforce at all costs.
