DO NOT use this company. Not impressed with them at all. I paid extra insurance for some books, they turned up broken so I applied for compensation however they decided that books r collectables ??? Bizarre as it's my opinion books are used to read and for education!. Terrible company....they didn't listen to anything I said and refused to pay. So I'm guessing they falsely sold me insurance .....terrible company
