missed a delivery on Wednesday and called to reschedule to the post office for Friday. I got a text later that day that it will redelivered, I went to the post office on Friday and I was informed there was no attempt to deliver.
I called Rotherham depot and spoke to Kelly, she explained that they can redeliver on Saturday but I would have to pay, we had a little back and forth and I asked her to transfer me to her manager. Apparently the manager was too busy to listen to my complaint and I would have to pay the £12 charge.
There was no alternative or gesture or good will. I have heard a lot of bad reviews about your company and I was actually nervous to even have my parcel delivered by your company. It's unfortunate you are actually showing me what your company really is which is the worst.
