Firstly 2 days in a row I got a text saying a delivery had been attempted but no one was in, both days here was no card left, so i used the automated phone system to say that I would collect from the depot.
I start work at 7 so on friday finishing at 2.30 I set off on the 12mile round trip to collect the parcel only to find the depot is only open from 8 to 10am on a week day and I now need to return on saturday between 8 and 12 to collect... even though this parcel will easily fit through my letter box! Not happy!
