2 weeks ago parcelforce tried to deliver without notification so wasn't home, so booked to pay £12 for Saturday delivery and then they tried delivery the next day, obviously not home so they left a card to say I had to collect from Bristol Depo, I spoke to customer service and received parcel on the Saturday.
TODAY 19/11/24 Had notification to say I will receive parcel between 4.51pm and 5.51pm IT IS NOW 19.42 PM AND NO PARCEL.
This has been a VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE.
I DON'T feel i will be wanting PARCELFORCE to deliver for myself in future.
