Driver tried to deliver my parcel but couldn't find my house, which is easily accessible and visible from quite a distance. Did not bother to contact me to ask for instructions, so took the parcel back to the depot. The following day they did not attempt to deliver. I was then promised that the parcel would be delivered on the Saturday free of charge!. I stayed in all day, no news from Parcel Force. This is not the first time the fail to deliver a parcel, I wonder why companies still use them.
