Spoke to Sharon at Welwyn in regards to my parcel as conflicting information online. She dealt with it efficiently and Chris from the depot rang me back to apologise for the inconvenience caused. He offered me an AM service free of charge which is a really nice gesture :-). Still waiting but the tracking points have been updated so I'm very thankful. Don't listen to the negative feedback from people. I really recommend parcel force they have been great. Yes people make mistakes but parcel force have definetly redeemed themselves! Thank you
