Just an awful company who cannot fulfil their orders. If somebody books next day delivery, why 3 days later has it no been delivered?
For clarification, order placed Monday morning, collected the same day by PF. Yet here I am, being told it'll be with me by Saturday - this is a time sensitive order, if it doesn't arrive by Saturday, I'm in big trouble.
