Utterly useless. I booked a delivery 4 days in advance for a specific day (not even a specific time) and when I called on the day, apparently the parcel had not left the depot and could not be delivered on the day. I had taken leave for this. More galling that their website stated “all deliveries are operating smoothly today and there are no delays!” And worse still, they customer services agent would not put me through to her supervisor who could only call back in 5 days!!! THE MOST USELESS COURIER SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COST
