I will not recommend, my parcel was delivered by parcelforce driver damaged from Nigeria, I refused to open/collect the parcel which was taken back, after a few days I tried getting in touch with their team, I was told because I am the receiver, that I can't get a refund from them. It has been months now, I have contacted the agent in Nigeria and up till now nothing is done about it.
