I’ve been waiting in my home for three days for a delivery of a parcel. Each day upon inquiry I read the deliverer could not deliver due to there was no one at home to receive the parcel, claiming they left an Parcel Force official calling card. They didn’t! This is day three, I was informed I would receive my parcel by 14:40 latest. It’s now 15:20. Called the local depot. Whoever took my call was stroppy, arrogant & belligerent. He now tells me I should have it by 6pm. Three days waiting in in case I missed the delivery. Unacceptable service & no recourse to any financial compensation.
