My parcel from USA landed in London on the 17th December .Then was sent to San Francisco.Then to Melbourne Australia.Then back to UK 1st January.
Phoned Birmingham depot where it's at.They said it was there but had wrong postcode on it but right name.
Contacted son in USA he had put right address and post code on.
What is happening.absolutely hopeless
