Parcel force I have had 2 bad experiences with them, they drop parcels at the post office without attempting redelivery to the same address, I even updated my redelivery on the website and called a customer service that my parcel is not meant to be out today but it should be delivered at my house address and not the post office, they don't even offer drop at safe space option, I have cried today as I have mobility issues.
