Unreliable, irresponsible, and a bunch of liars. Horrible customer service.
After having booked 4 redeliveries, they keep lying to me saying that they've tried to deliver my parcel, which is impossible as I've been home ALL DAY. My parcel is now being sent back to the sender when I urgently need it!!!!!
DO NOT USE Parcelforce Worldwide.
