Why does any business use Parcel Force? I have been waiting for a delivery at the times specified by them in an email working from a room where I can see the front door. We also have a ring doorbell which alerts if someone comes. No one has been to the house from Parcel Foce. I received an email a few minutes ago saying unfortunately the parcel couldn’t be delivered as the address was inaccessible! Perhaps they couldn’t open the little wooden gate (which I would have seen them struggling to open if indeed they had tried). I tried tracking to no avail, I tried find a phone number but only give same options as online. I tried the post office telephone number but they had a 49 minute wait wait time. I tried the company I bought from but they could only offer to send out another package at their expense. So again, why would anyone use this service as they obviously didn’t try to deliver at all and make it very difficult for anyone to complain directly to them .
