Awful customer service. The staff are rude, and getting through on the phone takes forever — usually a 40–90 minute wait, only to get no real help once answered. Sending an email is pointless too, as they don’t respond. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would highly recommend using other couriers instead of Parcelforce.
