I'm not sure if this review has gone through so I am writing it again just in case.
I sent two items, one got broken and they are refusing to pay for the item. The items were bought 2nd hand and so did not come with proof of postage and therefore according to them no proof of postage no cover.
Staff are rude and unhelpful. Avoid this company and use another.
