An International parcel was sent to me from China. Customs and handling was paid on the 1st Sep and was, according to Parcelforce, be delivered on the 3rd. after 5 phone calls, each call an hour waiting time, for someone to talk. After finally getting through to an adviser said she would escalated to a supervise who was going to give me a call that day. 3 days later and that phone call never came. Its now 9 days late.
I wouldn't trust them to deliver so be aware.
