Parcel stuck in limbo, once figuring out the absurd way of contacting an advisor and waiting an hour and a half I was told rather rudely and shortly they could not assisst nor was there any department that could assisst my issue, rep then got very curt started talking over me repeating the same 3 lines when asked to escalate she pointed to the complaints portion of the site and hung up.
Utterly disgusting customer service especially since this takeover.
