It's just taken me 4 days to get my parcel - what's the point in trying to deliver a second time in daytime when the recipient is most likely at work? The weird parcel reference no. started with U and when I told the computer voice the reference it repeated three times 'O' !!! and I had to abort the automated method. The real person I spoke to afterwards then said I should leave it 2 days to pick it up from my local post office. Never have this problem with the Royal Mail.
