Shitiest delivery company
ParcelForce is consistently disappointing. The driver doesn’t even bother to knock or call before marking parcels as “undeliverable.” I updated the Royal Mail app with clear safe place instructions, but these were completely ignored. This isn’t a oneoff issue it has happened multiple times, and it’s very frustrating. Customers shouldn’t have to chase their own parcels when drivers can’t be bothered to try. Very poor service.
