Hi, the collection was organised by other company via parcel force. its awful service, you will loose a lot of customers because parcel force driver comes at any time convenient for them, they will leave a card that no one was at home(of course, i am at work).
Parcelforce customer service declined to rearrange the collection because they had done 2 attempt-again in the middle of the day, without confirming with me.
Very unhappy with the service.
Will publish this situation in newspaper.
