Paid £100 to deliver two letters to Hong Kong. Parcelforce decided to deliver neither, one lost in the UK, the other left the UK but never arrived in HK..
Upon investigating the company this seems to be a common practice. If you want your parcel to arrive don't use this company.
How are they still allowed to operate?
