I was waiting for them to pick up a parcel I am sending back to the seller on Tuesday. They said they were going to arrive in between 12 and 16 and they didn't. Next day, on Wednesday they said that they were going to come in some moment in the afternoon and they didn't. Today they promised to come before 3pm and still waiting.
3 days wasted for nothing. I think it is the worst company ever.
