I have tracked my parcel online and it says that it was attempted to be delivered at 2pm today 05/05/2017. I was at home from 1pm to 3pm and no-one rang my bell or left any notification. I had to call the depot 10 times 20 minutes on hold each until I could connect them. I was told that drivers are very busy and that I will have to go tomorrow to collect the item to the depot. Also I will have to call them before to let them know, it may be not possible to collect it.
