Appalling service. After waiting in all day, and then receiving a text message saying that my parcel could not be delivered, and that the driver had left a collection information card. I knew for a fact that no one tried to deliver anything. So I had no parcel or collection card. After three phone calls over a period of two hours. The last one to the depot itself. It turns out that I was not left card. Its just an automatic SMS. Hopefully they will be out on businesses soon.
