I was in the middle of a very important phone call and asked the driver if he could just give me a second, I was literally 15 seconds to just ask my elderly mum to hang on. On returning to the door he almost threw a ten kilo package into my hand, turned on his heel and stormed off. I was under the impression that customer service is important, I was polite, I had put my phone down in another room whilst I gave him my full attention. Absolutely no need for any bad attitude on his side, very dissatisfied and disappointed in parcel force.
