My parcel took a month and a half to be delivered and I had to be constantly on the phone with ParcelForce and the depot, everyday for more than a week, in order to get my parcel safely to me. Parcel kept going to my home back and forth despite several requests to redeliver to my office. No card was left a single time.
The lack of communication when delivering parcels, the customers services and the inability to provide accurate information were appalling.
ParcelForce should assume responsibility for its poor service and work hard to improve its communication system with customers. In an era of easy communication, I find this service outdated and out of touch of the modern ways of living.
