When tracking a delivery, a message came up to say a delivery had been attempted and a card was left to tell me what to do next. I was home at the time. No delivery was attempted and no card was left. I made three phone calls. The first said I would receive a call back - no call back. The second left me on hold for ten minutes then the phone went dead. The third promised a delivery the next day - we will see.
This is not the first time this has happened with parcelforce.
