I sent a large parcel ( horse saddle ) via parcel force tracked 24,due to it being broke didn't take extra cover,Bristol depot loaded on the van never attempted delivery long story short lost the Parcel now have court action against me, parcel force say I have to sought it out myself nothing they can do wouldn't send anything with them.
